CUSTOMER CARE AGENT – CALL CENTRE
START ASAP - DIEP RIVER
Hours: 8:00am – 9:00pm Mon – Sun & Public Holidays on a shift and rotational basis
Salary: R 4 500 plus Shift allowance & Standby allowance
Compulsory Languages:
Afrikaans First Language (speak, read, write)
English Second Language(speak, read & write)
Advantageous:
Xhosa (Speak, read & write)
Zulu (speak, read & write
Own transport is essential
No Criminal Record is essential
Job Role:
Answering and resolving all incoming interactions as per client process – telephonic, email, sms, fax, snail mail
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Provide quality customer service
Problem analysing and resolution
Communicate clearly and effectively
Document all interactions accurately
Follow-up where necessary
