Our client is the proven industry leader in providing call outsourcing solutions to the travel industry. They hire only the most talented travel agents, each of whom possesses complete understanding of all intricacies of the travel market and competency in the four major computer reservation systems. They have offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and South Africa.
The vacancy for the role of International Team Leader is one of 3 Team Leader roles within the operation.
The Team is comprised of a maximum of 12 home based agents working within the UK.
Knowledge, Skills and experience required
Minimum of 4 years experience in the travel industry as Senior Agent/ Team Leader.
Completed training on a minimum of 3 GDS’s and be trained on fares and ticketing.
International Business Travel experience as well as Domestic Business Travel
Computer literate
Able to self manage time and ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
Patient, tolerant and tactful personality with an ability to show a sense of humour
Must be able to communicate with people at all levels
Self motivated with the ability to meet given targets
Open and approachable style
Flexibility
Proactive professional approach
Contracted Hours- 45 Hours per week across Week day evenings, weekends and public holidays

To lead the International Home working team in delivering a consistently high level of service to the their clients.
