You will work with other team members - whilst being able to stand alone - to assist client companies in identifying the right candidates for them as well as to assist candidates in defining their career goals and providing them with the right opportunities with our clients to achieve said goals. You will need to really enjoy a good challenge and be rewarded in direct proportion to your performance.

Besides the technical understanding, this position calls for someone with excellent people skills to include communication & sales/marketing skills. You would also need to have at least 5 yrs in the Financial/Accounting field as a Recruitment Consultant.

You will need to have exp in Finance/Accounting Recruitment.
