You will work with other team members -whilst being able to stand alone - to assist client companies in identifying the right candidates for them as well as to assist candidates in defining their career goals and providing them with the right opportunities with our clients to achieve said goals. You will need to really enjoy a good challenge and be rewarded in direct proportion to your performance. This position is for you, if you are self-motivated and service oriented and wanting a tough and challenging opportunity, with long hours. Your ability to get results is more important to us than any formal qualifications.

Besides the technical understanding, this position calls for someone with excellent people skills to include communications, sales and marketing skills. You will also need to have at least 3 yrs in the broad engineering industry.
