You will work with other team members - whilst  being able to stand alone - to assist client companies in identifying the right candidates for them as well as to assist candidates in defining their career goals and providing them with the right opportunities with our clients to achieve said goals. You will need to really enjoy a good challenge and be rewarded in direct proportion to your performance.

Besides the technical understanding, this position calls for someone with excellent people skills to include communication skills & sales/marketing skills. You will also need to have at least 5 yrs exp in the Construction Industry or as a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record.

You will need to either already have exp in recruiting in the Building Industry or a min of 5 yrs exp working in the Building industry.
