Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Production/ Engineering etc

Dynamic, Strong Candidate needed to manage this Red Meat Processing operation.  Responsible for managing and motivating around 60 people on a shift.  Must think out-the-box and MUST HAVE prior experience in a RED MEAT environment and be experienced in packing and production of meat products.
