Responsible for current sales and creating future sales for a large Food Ingredients business - focused on bakery products. 

At least a tertiary qualification in Food Technology or similar or else a relevant Qual in Sales/Marketing

MUST have dealt with FOOD INDUSTRY clients before - proven track record of at least 5 years needed.  Must be customer focused and consumer driven and have extensive knowledge of the Food Industry.  Must have excellent planning and execution ability.
