You will be required to oversee the kitchen and staff. Costings, orders, stock controls, budgets etc. You will also be required to oversee the running of the restaurant and work hand in hand with the staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Culinary diploma or experience in similar position within a hotel restaurant essential.
Hands on.
