Responsible for 8 Staff Members. Motivation and leadership of staff. Stock Control and Ordering of stock. Preparation, Production and Presentation of meals. Menu Planning. Overseeing of Kitchen Hygiene. Setting up for service at function venues. Control of Equipment and food service at functions. Previous experience within a similar position essential.
Professional Cookery Diploma is essential.
Own Reliable Transport. Valid Driver's Licence. Good Communication, interpersonal and leadership qualities. Good stock control abilities. Previous experience within the Catering inudstry or similar preferred (Company caters from 2-2000 pax)
