Control the preparation of management accounts. Assisting with the co-ordination of the audit of the Annual Financial Statements. Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register on a monthly basis, the reconciliation to the BS & monthly raising of the depreciation. Annual Budget preparation & consolidation. Finalisation TB at year end. Reviewing of statistical returns. Assisting with the provision of information for tender purposes. Company secretarial updating. Analysis of specific balances (negative & positive WIP balances). Preparation of audit information & lead sheets for annual audit and queries. Completion of tax returns. Completion of Annual Financial statements. Reviewing & critically analysing monthly management accounts. Distributing management accounts & attending to management account queries.
B.Com Accounting or Degree with Articles
Min 5 Years experience at Accountant Level.
Ability to demonstrate good English command, (written and verbal). Pro-active self starter. Good knowledge and understanding of current tax legislation. Strong numeric and analytical skills. Willing to go the extra mile. Organised, accurate and thorough with excellent attention to detail. Deadline driven. Maintain an accurate and efficient control of all tasks undertaken. Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, with initiative and drive. Good time management & planning. Understanding of monthly financial process. Understand the audit process.
