Manage overall operations of this Laboratory Services Company.  Ensure that lab activities fully comply with the Company Management Systems at all times.  Perform approval and rejections of OOS, deviations, complaints and Corrective action requests.  Identify root cause correctly.  Ultimately to sign off on all Test Certificates/ Reports on SANAS accredited test methods.  Ensure staff are adequately trained.  Keep abreast of relevant legislative requisites and ensure customers' requirements are met. 

MUST HAVE  a tertiary qualifcation and at least 5 years Laboratory experience in a SENIOR POSITION.  Ideally seeking a Mozambican person.  South Africans will be considered. 

Must be able to manage the following - finance, budgeting, marketing, customer service, technical operations, human resources and quality maintenance.  Should have worked in micro/environmental/ water and/or pharmacetical lab environments.
