You will be responsible for raw material receipt through to the blending/ mixing operation, ensuring adherence to very strong production protocols and quality requisites in this fairly sterile environment.  This is an ex-pat position - working 6 days a week and flying home twice a year to South Africa.  The position is not for families - men only although families can visit for short periods of time. 

Ideally should have a tertiary qualification in PRODUCTION or FOOD TECH and MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A UHT PLANT

Good people skills, good management skills and must be able to optimise yields and throughput.
